      Pros

      Provide sales training and support for team members to develop their sales skills and product knowledge. Great commission scheme. Good culture as well as an environment that promotes teamwork.

      Cons

      There was no process for directly ordering products customers needed from Australia when we had no stock and the customers would then be at the mercy of whatever the next stock shipment would bring. There was no way for us to place specific orders for the next stock shipment that I know of. (I was not a manager, just a sales associate but i did query the matter) Also the company did not ship to customers in New Zealand.
