Pros

PI has become a internationally-renowned world-class agency and it's one of the many reasons I love working with them. For a seemingly small team, they have created But perhaps the biggest reason I love being a part of the team is their conscious effort to create a great team culture, built on collaboration (everyone helps each other out), streamlining of processes to maximize efficiency (I've never seen an agency manage across so many markets so seamlessly), recognition (enabling peers to highlight each other, regular company-wide celebration of wins), flexibility to suit business and personal needs (management offers a variety of ways to collaborate - full-time, part-time, contract, freelance, remote working, etc). Can't say enough awesome things about working with PI - the team (from managers, to colleagues, to accounting and HR) just makes it such a pleasure to work together.

Pros

Coworkers. Everyone is very nice and helpful. At times, it felt like a family. But be aware, some people are fake and will blame you behind your back for problems. Got a few experience I can leverage to my next job.

Cons

No training program. Came in as an intern and there were no training materials set in place except to go online and read about Google Adwords. Multiple times, I reached out to see if there were some sort of projects I could help out but would get denied. The founder, Jon, just walks around and does nothing. There are favorites in the company and its pretty obvious you can tell who are being favored. My best advice to applicants, if you're wanting to get SEO or marketing experience, go ahead and give this company a shot so you have the experience to leverage on to your next job. I wouldn't recommend staying long because climbing up is based on annually, not on performance. You won't get that far.
