      1. The people. It has a startup vibe where everyone works together to build something amazing. 2. The pay. I am paying huge paychecks to my people and leadership celebrates paying out huge checks. You get your hourly on top of your bonus as well so it's not feast or famine. 3. The perks! Our coffee machine makes the best hot chocolate I've ever had, and the incentives are fun. 4. I feel good about what I do. A record number of people are in debt, and we are providing the best option to get back on track. I'm changing people's lives every day.

      Cons

      It is a lot to learn so you have to be committed, and attendance is less flexible than some other roles, Unplanned missed time has a huge impact.
