Flexible work hours and supportive coworkers, but that’s about it.

Cons

-Salaries are consistently delayed, leaving employees in financial limbo. -The CEO(Tracy Hazzard and Tom Hazzard) constantly makes false promises of big deals and growth, but none of it ever happens. The leadership thrives on misleading employees with empty talk. -The new management is even worse—terminating staff without warning or reason, creating a culture of fear and instability. You could be next, with no explanation. -Overall, there’s no job security, no transparency, and no respect for employees.

Friendly coworkers, but upper management sucks didn't pay our salaries on time for 4 months already.

Cons

Even if they don't pay your salaries for how many months, they still have the guts to let you work hard on the projects daily, and there is no assurance that they will pay you. They always hire new employees to replace the old ones, and the salary they owe us for our hard work daily, they didn't pay us. They will force you to work; if not, they will terminate you asap.
