Some departments are very small.

Upper management is more money driven than patient driven since Lehigh Valley took over. Lack of trust between management and staff. I believe the current insurance driven health care system of our country is the fuel for this mindset. I understand the need to make money to stay viable, but the staff cuts in the past year to save money has adversely impacted our ability to give good safe patient care.
