Pros
Very good culture. People here are nice, easy to collaborate and communicate.
Cons
Task priority changes frequently. Some task need months of development. but before you finish it, you will be assigned to another task and have to leave current work unfinished. It is good to work many different things. but incomplete work does not count into performance review. not sure whether it is same for other startup or av company.
