      Hard work but worth it.

      Pros

      - fair remuneration, above market - great culture and team, several team days and off sites - flexible work environment - good leadership , high performing culture, strong focus on growth

      Cons

      Lots and lots and lots of hours. Very little downtime. Often very limited resources applied to a project, so not much ability to hand things off. Promotion is difficult, with path for getting promoted unclear.

      Very few seniors leave so upwards mobility limited by organic expansion of company. Long working hours

      Salary, annual trip, food in office , fitness classes, weekly lunch, learn lots, challenging work, after office drinks happy hours

      Cons

      Long hours, coworkers cliques, coworkers stabbing you in the back and not helping each other and only out for themselves
