      - Working on hard problems - Building towards a big vision product - Travel to cool places every 3 months to meet the team - Pragmatic and open culture, always striving to work well for the people

      - No physical office, in case someone misses that - No hand-holding, requires self-drive to thrive

      Autonomous working, Remote, Talented team, Exciting product, Collaborative, Innovating new ways of working which is an exciting challenge.

      Cons

      Remote (can also be a con as well as a pro, but thankfully we get together 4 times a year), My pro for 'Innovating new ways of working' can also be daunting if you are not open to change and development.
