Pros

If you look pretty and smile you will be bullied slightly less but still dehumanized. As long as you are fine with that and being micromanaged by people with little to no actual expirience in thier role and backstabbed, you'll survive but why would you want to? Senior management and hide everything from one another. It is a nightmare here preying on those that dont know better, as the penny matters over the person. They prey of those that have not expirienced positive work environments and consoder this setting good or normal, such as limited expirience persons and recent college grads.

Cons

Terrible environment, churn and burn, toxic environment where if you arent a relative or a friend of a friend you have no hope. It is encouraged to back stab, degrade and insult coworkers while your golden members are writing personal blogs, sitting at home pretending to travel or on twitter celebrity stalking. It is hard to gain respect for leadship here for obvious reasons all the while you are expected to work 16 hour days and favor the company over your family and life as if that is something to be admired.

Paid on time In house support staff members were always helpful (front desk, account coordinators, etc)

Cons

Zero moral framework in recruitment leadership Uncomfortable, toxic environment Used car salesman x 100 Brutal comments about people made out loud constantly in front of all leadership levels

CEO is a very nice man and has clear goals in mind; very humble and kind; personable....unfortunately it's the manager who are letting down the company (a lot of two face people)

Cons

- Fake promises: tell you that they have our best intention but there is no career growth; they do what they want - HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT: I had the worst manager who was completely fake and very unprofessional. They use Gchat and talk about colleagues in the office they don't like (I still have proof) - Very high turnover- had 4 different managers during my work and several employees left - My manager played favoritism and team leader did not help at all - I asked for help several times, asking for improvement but never got any training; ZERO TRAINING opportunities - No work life balance
