      It is a great place to work, with a good work environment, they give you a lot of autonomy to do your job and the opportunity to innovate.

      Cons

      Salaries are a little low compared to the market, and there are few possibilities for professional growth within the company.

      Pros

      Creative if you work in education. Good work environment in general with the exception of some areas. 9 to 5 schedule (mainly respected). Some benefits like parental leave, sick leave or caregiver lead.

      Cons

      Excessive load of work and no good salaries if you are not a manager. Bonus given only to managers. Not very stable job, they fire personnel arbitrarily and often. In some areas authoritarian leadership. Very authoritarian senior management. Few chances to grow, and even fewer of getting a salary raise.
