      It is a great place to work since it encourgaes Open communication, has a very dynamic work environment. The technology is great and relevant for growth in current markets.

      Cons

      Pixtronix is dynamic place so there is a lot of good talent in the company. So you have to be uptodate on your knowledge and expertiese to be able to run with the rest of the company.
