Horrible and Deplorable

Recommend

Business outlook

Pros

There is nothing good to say.

Cons

The company prides itself on being lean and nimble, yet, once hired they expect you to cut corners, work 60-70 hour weeks everyweek and not complain. HR gives no support whatsoever but the run around. Do not even consider this company. They don't honor their core values and they pit teams against each other. Very unhealthy place to work. Very stressful and game playing.

Supply Chain Misery

Recommend

Business outlook

Pros

Great office location and opportunities for exposure due to lean environment. Great for new grads who can get the exposure and go elsewhere.

Cons

The Supply Chain team is super disorganized. Disconnected, unsupportive leadership (that has been a revolving door), lack of vision, poor process and just work for the sake of work. A lot of the good people they had, have jumped ship, driven out for voicing their dismay with the organization or they left after they got tired of the constant battle for work life balance and lack of accountability. They have their Vision TCO Trust, candor, ownership that they love talking about but rarely demonstrate. I have seen people respectfully speak up about things become ostracized from progressing their careers. Customer Service and Logistics teams are no better I haven't seen anyone in Customer Service get promoted.... and the guy over Logistics is an expert finger pointer so be warned. Your career will become deadlocked if you join the Supply Chain team here. Low morale and a gloomy environment are the norm.
