Pros

-there was always candy in the candy dish

Cons

-catty office environment -no training system -no help for new employees -the people who were meant to be 'training' me gave me conflicting advice from one another and would then proceed to gossip about me with each other and senior members of staff -very unprofessional environment -unwelcoming -the pay is not worth what you put up with- I would not recommend it

Pros

None that I see. There are a few nice people but everybody I know hates the management team. Not a lot good to say.

Cons

Horrible management, bad hours, unpleasant people. These are not bitter grapes. This is a really bad place to work. And now they are posting fake reviews that are positive.

Pros

Absolutely nothing anymore. The Christmas parties used to be nice and fun but are bow being ruined by the new controller.

Cons

Pinnacle used to be a great place to work. In the last year or two it has changed dramatically. As the review above stated, the CEO is washing his hands of the company and only cares about money and new business. A group director for the account team was hired about a year ago and that employee has been constantly hiring his friends from his previous FAILED AGENCY. This causes not only a conflict of interest, but medicore employees doing mediocre work that will never get fired or reprimand because they're best friends with their boss. There is a new business pitch every week and not nearly enough staff to handle it in ANY departments. They keep bragging about all the new business they win but say nothing about how we're going to handle the new business...which overworks employees and leaves them miserable...which then eventually hurts the client. People get promoted for being buddy buddy with their supervisors even if they are terrible at the job they started at. It's looked down upon if you leave at 5. IN some departments, you actually have to ASK and get approval to leave at on time. I have never witnessed that at any other company. A controller was recently hired and she is running this once small-time fun and unique agency to the ground. She is establishing rules and regulations that only belong in a corporate world. There are no perks. Most people work 12 hours a day, through lunches...but get reprimanded and written up if they are two minutes late. Last, but certainly not least, the employees are not respected. They work us like machines and most people are not happy and actively looking to get out. There are some employees that literally sit around and do nothing and watch TV shows all day or roam around the office bothering everyone because they have nothing to do and they are getting paid 6 figures. But the people who work so hard every day just get yelled at and talked down to. There is no positive vibe in this company anymore. Everyone is miserable and it shows. More recently, we moved into a new space and management kept saying everything will be better once we're there, but it's even worse. There is no privacy in anyone's space. People are just at tables in the middle of a room. It is not an environment anyone wants to work in. It's cold, sterile and looks like a warehouse. They only spent time and money on the kitchen and common areas to impress clients. It shows how much they care and respect their employees. They have been losing people left and right and it will continue to happen until the CEO opens his eyes at what's really happening.
