      Pros

      Exciting Technical Industry, good vendor/partners (Cisco, Polycom, etc.), great way to build experience in IT, some very good people still work here (fewer all the time) - PTO is about average, good benefits, rock bottom pay (for worker-bees)

      Cons

      Zero growth opportunities, horribly understaffed, massive turnover with the majority of technical and sales people actively seeking other employment, UK based management. Note to job seekers: lookup BCS Global (they changed their name to Pinnaca in 2015). Competitive industry getting tougher all the time.

      Pros

      Good coffee machine, pool table, some benefits, and nice people to work with. Fast growing. Good for anyone who wants customer support experience.

      Cons

      Disliked the whole pressure atmosphere. People recognized for presenteeism rather than results. Very hierarchical. Micromanagement, rewards people who show up and do nothing rather than how much they actually do at work. Good senior management, horrible team leads.

      Pros

      Autonomy and able to create own processes within each role. Good health insurance.

      Cons

      Severely understaffed, too many egos in the kitchen. Unstable environment created lack of accountability, training and certain individuals believing they are the end all be all. Parent company has no care for the MN office and well being.
