Ending someone's employment is the most difficult thing anyone has to do as a leader, and we don't take it lightly by any means. We explained to all staff the reasoning behind our decisions, and our new strategic direction. I encourage you to speak with your manager, HR, or anyone on the senior leadership team. We'll be happy to talk further with you. Take care, Nia (CPO)
