Serious lack of real leadership, and training for staff and management. Favoritism is a real issue that just gets worse and worse over time. To get anywhere with the company employees must call each other out and literally tattle on each other like children. Very toxic and the lack of care for the employees doing the real work is very concerning. The lack of teamwork and communication was a glaring issue.
