      Work environment is good. Everyone has a large desk. Most staff take a nap during the afternoon recess. Some experienced coworkers are willing to help the novices.

      Cons

      The morning news meeting is kind of a waste of time. The salary is low. The career development is limited in the department. After working at the department for several years, you can hardly learn new things.
