      Flexible with schedule, rewarding work, lots of books, patrons are appreciative, kind and understanding supervisors

      Cons

      horrible hiring process, higher administrators don't have the employees in mind, poor pay, not supported by admin

      Pros

      Overall it was a lovely place to work, the customers were sweet (This was over at the Dusenberry-River Branch) and the staff was nice (not overly chummy or "family" mentality.) Respectful and professional.

      Cons

      At the time, they were firm with the hierarchy of duties, which was a bit stifling at times, but understood.
