      Pros

      Pilot is a nimble and well-run company. There is great documentation for all processes and managers who care about their employees.

      Cons

      I truly do not have any cons.

      Pros

      Pilot is gaining traction: new tech (including AI minus the AI slop), new distribution channels, new leaders. Things seems to be on the right track, and the energy is picking up. My coworkers are great: reasonable, respectful, open, and smart. There's still startup spirit and nimbleness.

      Cons

      Accounting is both hard and a commodity. Pilot has been at it for many years now, trying to change it with technology while competing fiercely with formidable adversaries. Not for the faint of heart. Oh, and no 401(k) match.

      Pros

      Being part of the sales team has been a really rewarding experience. Leadership is approachable, transparent, and genuinely invested in helping reps succeed. There’s strong collaboration across the team, and the company provides the tools and resources needed to do the job well. I’ve appreciated the ability to build my skills, take on new challenges, and feel supported along the way.

      Cons

      As with any growing company, there are moments where priorities shift quickly, which can create some ambiguity. But leadership is generally quick to acknowledge this and provide direction.
