We value and consider all feedback and we will continue to find ways to improve, but I would also like to address your specific concerns.
We continually evaluate our leadership teams and want to put the best performers in the right positions to support and lead the company. We always look to develop and adjust our processes and work-flows to best support our team and customers, as we know there is always room for improvement.
Starting pay at Pierson Wireless is commensurate with experience. In addition to standard benefits (health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401k match, paid phone/computer, paid holidays/vacation), we also provide paid lunch for all employees (hourly employees are not required to clock out), which effectively compensates hourly employees for up to 5 hours of paid time each week for meal breaks. Paid meal time also counts toward weekly overtime calculations and paid time off accumulation. We believe that our overall compensation package is very competitive with other similarly-situated telecommunications contractors.
