      Relaxed working environment, work from anywhere. Some growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Expected to work ridiculously long hours during busy periods with no overtime paid. The company doesn't have any clear goals or direction. No one has a clue what they're doing, especially management, everything seems to be going downhill very quickly. Have made bulk redundancies several times over the past year, getting rid of those who work hard and contribute to the business, and keeping those that sit around doing nothing all day.
