"Lower" level staff are fantastic, easy to talk to, easy to relate to.
Cons
80% of staff leave within the first 18 months (or are made redundant), including directors. Lack of resources, with the demand of producing significant income for the owner. No interest in staff or providing job security Total "us and them" culture between directors and everyone else Culture of fear
