Highly recommend - great culture, direction, and customer/industry focus

I've been with Phorest for several years now, and I can confidently say that it's been an incredibly fulfilling career. The culture here is exceptional in my opinion - it's not just about the work we do, but also about how we do it. I have felt incredibly supported both professionally and personally and it has really contributed to my dedication to my role and the company. I think the leadership team sets a clear direction for the company, which helps align everyone's efforts towards common goals. There's a sense of purpose in everything we do, driven by a genuine commitment to serving our customers and making a positive impact in our industry. Every decision, every initiative is grounded in understanding and meeting the needs of our customers, and anticipating the trends and challenges in our industry. Whilst of course there is always a huge focus on profits in what we do, this doesn't take away from the customer-centric approach. Overall, I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a workplace where culture, direction, and customer/industry focus are not just buzzwords, but clear aspects of everyday operations.
Cons
The compensation and benefits could be considered slightly below average for industry standards. This is something that is continuously addressed and while there have been improvements I think we are still quite a way off being at the same level of other similar SaaS companies and competitors. This is offset by the great culture, and career opportunities, but higher/fairer compensation would be appreciated.
