After my success on a small contract I was then moved to a much larger contract in a different state. I was then moved from doing Network and Server admin to desktop support. The management didn't care about my skill set or my career goals as they felt that tech's were easily replaceable. There was a great deal of favoritism for people at the new location based on how long you had worked at that location not how long you worked at PHS. People were promoted based on the time that had at this location not based on there ability or skill set.
