      Pros

      The company has a very familial atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly and hospitable. Regulars have a high compensation. Employees are very loyal.

      Cons

      They are very lax with going to the office on time. Being a monopoly, the company culture is rather lax.

      Very lenient company and very generous in benefits

      Cons

      Very traditional and hard to explore new practices. Full of retiring employees and it's hard to get them to try new things/ practices. Promotion is also based on popularity.
