Pros

One of the reasons I've enjoyed working here is because the company continues to invest in employees even during challenging market conditions. Salary hikes have remained competitive, learning opportunities are plentiful, and there is a clear focus on long-term employee development. Freshers especially can benefit from the amount of exposure they receive early in their careers. The combination of technical learning sessions, and real-world project experience creates a strong environment for professional growth. The culture deserves special mention as well. Employees are recognized, celebrations are thoughtfully organized and there is a genuine effort to build connections across teams. It never feels like people are just showing up to do their work and leave. There is a sense of community that makes the workplace enjoyable. Leadership and HR teams remain visible and accessible, which helps employees feel heard and supported. Benefits are another area where the company performs well. The health insurance coverage is comprehensive, wellness initiatives extend to family members, and practical perks like free meals and refreshments make office life more comfortable. Overall, the company offers a well-rounded employee experience that combines career growth, good benefits and a positive culture.

Pros

What I appreciate most about working here is the trust given to employees. Flexible work hours make it easier to manage personal and professional commitments without feeling restricted by rigid schedules. The company has also introduced thoughtful policies that support women employees, including hybrid work arrangements for mothers and additional work-from-home flexibility. These policies show that leadership understands that employees have responsibilities outside of work and is willing to support them. The workplace itself is well equipped and comfortable. The office infrastructure is excellent, 2 times free meals are provided, and there is always access to coffee, tea and healthy snacks. These may sound like small benefits, but they genuinely improve the day-to-day work experience. The company also provides transportation support and allowances for employees working night shifts, which demonstrates a strong focus on employee safety and convenience. The people here are talented and collaborative. There is a strong learning culture where employees are encouraged to explore new technologies, participate in hackathons and continuously upskill. Managers are generally supportive and give employees opportunities to take ownership of meaningful work. Overall, it feels like a company that invests in both employee growth and wellbeing.

Cons

Cross team collaboration should imrpove .
