Great pay for comparable entry-level chemistry jobs in the area. You’ll gain real-world applications experience with your degree, and the benefits are great (they use BCBS, not UHC like most other companies). Management often rewards employees with food.
Cons
You likely won’t find promotion opportunities here. It’s a QC job, so you’ll be running the same monotonous tests week after week. Not a lot of team-building opportunities. Food rewards are never inclusive of team members with allergies, and small financial bonuses are only given twice a year no matter how well the company is doing.

Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate opportunities to improve. I do want to clarify that Pharmgate does offer quarterly bonuses based on attendance. So, it truly is an employee-controlled opportunity - if you are here and on time you would qualify for the bonus. Food allergies are a challenge and I will make note of your concern. I've coordinated several company events that have taken food allergies into consideration, so I am concerned by the term "never".
Thanks again for your feedback - it helps us all to grow!

Everything thing, there is a reason that pharmgate has been trying to hire someone for one of 3 positions for almost a year now

I appreciate your honesty. We certainly have had some challenges acquiring talent - as have many other employers across the country. I'd be happy to privately discuss your concerns one on one, please reach out to me if you are comfortable doing so. I hope to hear from you soon.
