Pros

Decent pay, three week vacation, 5% company match. LBGT Friendly.

Cons

Leadership at the top (Senior Management) speaks little and listens less. HR and executives move without grounding, and their absence is felt. Decisions come swift, but not with care. Time and time again, good men and women are cast out after one misstep, without warning, without teaching, without the tools to rise. There is no written word, no correction offered only judgment. A mistake, especially the first, is not a failing but a lesson in disguise. Yet instead of lifting people up, the hand comes down hard. This has bred fear, not trust. Silence, not strength. Expectations are left in shadow, and when someone stumbles, they are punished instead of prepared. This pattern leads to high turnover, low morale, and a workplace where trust struggles to take root. In such a place, morale breaks, people walk, and the house stands shaky. Leadership must return to principle if they expect others to stand with them.

Pros

You get the opportunity to work on some cutting edge technology and really cool physics. Who can say they work with a particle accelerator.

Cons

Sooooo unsafe of a work environment. I literally poked myself with a syringe and middle to upper management had no idea what to do. They also seem to make use do completely unsafe hazardous work which makes most people feel uncomfortable. Safety is this companies last care.

Pros

The only pro is management will work with an employee for time off.

Cons

As a driver the pay is low with high risk. A driver delievers Meds to local hospitals in ALL types of weather and highway conditions. Can be very dangerious at times, even life threatening. Management has sent drivers out when the roads are closed by the DOT. Gives product to the driver late in the morning, then expects that driver to be at the hosptial within the time alloted. Some hospitals require the product be there at a certian time, so if the driver way given the product late, he/she must speed to reach the destination on time. Two speeding tickets the driver is let go. Was recently purchased by a larger company looking to stream line production times and increase profits. If a driver takes more time then alloted for a run, he/she will not be paid for the extra time even if the weather is bad. The driver has to prove to management on the conditions of the roads to receive wages earned. There is not benefits for part-time employees. Work hours start between 1:30 AM to 3:00 AM. There is not set time to come in each day. Normally told the previous day as to when and were a driver is scheduled to go. If no run for a day, the driver is put "ON CALL" and must be within a hours drive to the lab. There is not compensation while "On Call" except for the weekend duty and that is only 25.00/day.
