There are no pros about working here,
Cons
Company is rife with friends and family and no matter how bad the mistake they make it will be your fault. Management is politically conservative and religious. Rather than follow the most basic of industry standards they try to reinvent the wheel . Pay is low and they expect you to be on call 24/7 and I once went two months without a day off..
