Pros

Phantom London is an incredible place to work in so many ways. - There's always a huge variety of awesome projects in the studio and where everyone can contribute in meaningful ways. - As Phantom always pushes the boundaries in their work there's always new challenges where the team and individuals are constantly growing in their skillsets. - Every role in the team contributes creatively in their own ways, from project management, to design and development - they're all key to creating amazing work. - Also with a young close-knit team and a strong set of values built around the Phamily the culture of the agency shines through, creating an environment for the team to thrive. - Flat structure with no room for ego - creativity and amazing work are prioritised.

Cons

With Phantom always pushing the boundaries with creative and innovative solutions you'll need to think outside the box often and keep ahead of the industry - this can be challenging for some, but the breadth of opportunities you get with it make it worth the effort

Pros

Great and talented people Great to have Google and Sony Music as clients

Cons

Culture looks great on social media, but the leadership should care more about the employees otherwise everyone will continue to leave. There is very little trust from above, way too much micromanagement and for such a young, cool company, there is absolutely no flexibility in how/when you work. Most of the work is done for Google, so there isn’t as much creative freedom as you would think. Any creative projects there are, have short timelines and you have to invest your own time to feel like you are really getting any value out of the work.

A new company with a few teething issues

Pros

Lovely group of team members employed.

Cons

There was no HR while I was there, this is a company that's over 5 years old with 40+ employees - a massive cause for concern, generating a lack of security for employees. Constructive feedback is not taken onboard easily, with the lack of HR to moderate this there is no exit interview process or proper place to voice any concerns felt over the working environment, projects assigned or roles. This often lead to feelings of helplessness and frustration that could have been resolved or taken on board before deciding to leave the company.
