Bitter Truth
- 10 hours of work daily, no flexibility so you wont have a life
- Upper Management Lebanese, Major number of Staff from India so there is a discrimination on other nationalities.
- You feel like you are in jail, they don't let you go out for your personal work. They wont let you have annual leave unless you fake its a major tragedy.
- Car park is for Client company first, the remaining less spaces you can fight for.
- No growth in the company after being there for many years.
- They can demobilize you anytime, you have to leave everything instantly to where ever they say.
- Salary package is below average.
- At time of appraisal they will create a drama of firing number of people from the company so no one demands and the percentage doesn't increase neither you can expect any good bonus.
Overall this company is waste of your career and time. If you want live with your head down and accept what they throw towards, lot of politics then your most welcome but again my advise don't even think of joining it if you wish to be happy even in your personal life.
