Working in this company, you are exposed to really broad range of expatriates which also include Japanese from Sumitomo Chemical who are one of the main shareholder other than Aramco

Cons

Working as expats, you have very limited potential. from what i have observed, people stay doing the same thing more than 10 years as expats. growth focus for the citizen
