Lots to do, never a dull moment like in some retail jobs 50% discount and can be used for family and friends $25 gift card for the justgroup if you make over $460 sale nice product to work with great progession through the company and the just group if thats what you are after

Cons

Huge expectations of all staff in terms of sales very understaffed considering the amount the store makes yearly head office very disconnected and possibly forget what its like to work on the floor
