Pros

Fully remote Vision insurance was good at the time

Cons

They’ll be nice to you, then they’ll make something up that you didn’t do, just to fire you. I worked there for two years, and when I had asked if I could relocate, they said yes for almost a whole year. Then one week before I was about to fly out, they said that I was never allowed to, and it’s my fault I didn’t read the rules even though I had gotten a green light from all the higher ups and HR. They lied and fired me, then said I wasn’t going to get any severance because it’s their choice. A month later they quietly sent money in my bank account, and I later found out that they were required to give me severance at the time I was fired. It’s been 4 months since I’ve been fired, and the other person I was working with who was also having vm issues and getting blamed for not working because of it, just told me he got fired. They erased his work from the vm to make it look like he wasn’t working! This is after we both had reached out to the higher ups above our managers to complain we were getting warnings for not working because our COMPANY VM’S weren’t working, but the managers were refusing to fix the vm’s so we could work. We had to work more hours everyday to fix the vm issues, AND try to get our work done on broken servers. If we didn’t finish in time, we’d get warnings. Hence the firings. Also, did I mention, that at least two people leave the company every two months?
