they hire without any project.. They do not have projects inside persistent. bad management. clients are leaving persistent, many clients have broken contract from persistent. even you got project it's for very short period and for new project you will have to attend 3 interview rounds . really bad experice. I have checked with many employees and my friends also getting same feed.. so be careful before joining the company

Much layoff is going on..no job security
