Pros

Perrett Laver is in a nice location, located near the Houses of Parliament. Very international staff, though the staff of about 100 in the London office only has 1 person of color with the rest being Caucasian

Cons

Very unprofessional staffing and interview process. They interview a person multiple times only to turn them down at the last minute for silly reasons. Very cut throat and harsh environment though this fits the nature of the cold and heartless executive search firm atmosphere. Staff is not friendly and not intellectual.

Pros

pros? but there are so few and i try not lie like they do there are no pros and I feel obliged to disclose these happy reviews are simply not true

Cons

let me tell you a story about a search firm called PL obsessed with appearance, plagued by staff disappearance only at nepotism do they excel their treatment of staff is appalling but watching it fail from the inside is fun! they love to tell lies and make colleagues cry the first job offer I get, trust me, I’ll run because i can’t keep track of all these new colleagues who leave so swiftly for pastures new ego can’t pay the bills, its clearly going downhill bankruptcy feels well overdue...

Pros

Perrett Laver hypothetically speaking stands for the right reasons, what they fail is on how to implement them. They have a structure that often gets some results, as outdated as it seems. They have bonus packages for the senior management as well as the consultants working for them. They often represent and try to have a positive impact for the sectors that they work for.

Cons

However, when you look at the reality of how the company operates, it resembles more of a feudal system where the senior management seem to take over and treat the employees specifically the project manager and the researcher as being below them. Therefore, the experiences that some of them face tend to be negative and there are coupe of people within the company who think that they can do whatever they want and treat people how they feel like without getting questioned. There have been many times where colleagues have been crying because of the workload and how they get treated by the senior management. The company doesn't let you grow or expand on your skills, it's a culture where you're always targeted and attacked for things you haven't done. The senior management got promoted only because they were very close to the two Directors.
