Building wheelchairs is cool, in theory. But not for this place. This company is rife with hypocrisy, lies and secrets. And that's the good part.

I wish someone would have warned me before applying. The division I worked for is in the red. Big time. Despite corporate claims to the contrary, I suspect layoffs are coming in the near future. Don't bother applying here! Management is demanding huge cost reductions, with no changes to form, fit or function. And of course, an unobtainable schedule was set. The employees are mostly ok, but some key players are weak kneed sycophants. Hard to blame them tho, since speaking your mind is tantamount to treason and could easy cost one's job. Management has created a combative environment, on purpose, which is terrible for morale, rewards backstabbing and chokes communication. This place is toxic and not just because it's close to Hanford.
