This is by far the best place I have worked as a refrigeration technician. We receive full support from our manager and the company as a whole while still being held accountable and encouraged to always expand our skills.
Cons
Parts department could use some improvement and accountability.

You have to really ask for help if they do not have anybody assigned to train you. Which can be a pain because you may feel like you're slowing down somebody else down
