      Fantastic company to work for

      Pros

      Great work ethic here and great teams within the business. I've never worked somewhere where I feel so valued as member of staff and the higher Management know who you are and praise you. Everyone in the business is listened to and ideas go all the way to the top. I love my job here.

      Cons

      The work is very up and down dependant on time of the year. One minute you are really busy and the next you are quite quiet and can catch up. This is just the nature of the business sector we are in though.

      Pros

      The company encourages talent and promotion, draws the kind of people that are pleasant to work with, and feels very welcoming to its employees. Very horizontal. Coming into work never feels like a chore!

      Cons

      On occasion the reliance on communication between the core company and our assessors can result in delay and frustration. This, however, really can't be helped.
