Pros
I had Sundays off as some shops r closed on Sundays. At least I knew I'd get one day off a week! Sometimes I wouldn't at all.
Cons
Corporate is so out of touch with the needs of their employees and treats you horrible. Lack of communication and accountability across the bord!! Pay is NOT worth everything Corporate requires you to do. The gossip and bad talking of other employees is unreal at many of their locations. Don't sell ur soul to this company!! NOT WORTH THE STRESS!! Was even called in when I was on my honeymoon by upper management before I was given the Mgr title by corporate to work so they didn't have to as many shops get sick of the b.s., gossip, and jus walk out on em.
