Pros

None at all, the reviews which look good have been written by Dan himself. The rest are true.

Cons

Where do I start? Pound shop mentality, no class, barrow boys

Whilst we appreciate all reviews and the time and care it takes to make them, we are unsure as to the validity of this review. Your stated job title is not one we use currently nor have we done for over 5 years. Whilst our reviews not only on this site but Facebook and Google do look good, currently none have been written by Dan Unstead, he, apart from being too busy to do such a thing, would rather let our customers and genuine staff speak about our business, which they do on a regular basis, as proven by not only our current reviews but our 7 national awards of excellence. I'm sure that you believe what you have stated, I'm also sure that 'Pound shop' whom you mention would echo our mentality, that of serving our customers with excellence and going the extra mile every day for our employees and our customers alike. Anyone who has read this and genuinely believes this vitriol is invited to call our office and speak with any member of staff and ask them about their genuine opinion of working here, none will hold back and none will be muzzled by or governed by the 'barrow boys'. A phrase, which you use no doubt with derogatory tone. Quite the opposite. 'Barrow Boys' is a term from the East End of London to describe hard working, diligent and solid traders, many of which after the modernisation of London's banks and investment brokers went on to form the basis of most of London's successful stock market, the term became a 'slur' when used by jealous traders from more privileged classes who had lost their traditional roles provided to them by virtue of class alone. As such whilst we are sure you didn't mean it, it is a lovely compliment. so thank you. All current and ex-employees are encouraged to post reviews on this site about our business, however we would encourage those with genuine concerns to pick up the phone, rather than hide behind the veil of anonymity that this site provides, as it only makes you the author look like an axe-grinder rather than a genuine reviewer. Our number is 01603 701 077 please feel free to call and ask for the Barrow Boys.

Pros

Great Salary package Fantastic team Family values Having been with the company for over nine years I can say that it beats any other company that I have worked for hands down, the company involves all members of staff in decisions that affect them, and continuously look to invest in the future ensuring that they stay ahead of the competition and genuinely care about all candidates and clients as well as the staff equally.

Cons

There are none - hence I have been here for so long and have no desire to change!!!!
