Pros
Small, family like company, Easy to talk and work with most people. Most employees genuinely care about the customers. Bagels and lunch are provided very often (although I think it's to keep us in the building).
Cons
Small family like company - Get's very cliquey based on gender. Best to step back and not involve yourself in that drama. They are lacking a lot of tools that every other software company uses in development. No CI, no proper source control being used, production code is edited live, QA is completely manual, no methodology to development and it's completely unorganized. Probably best described as waterfall, except you have no idea how fast it's flowing or where it ends. With all the new programming languages and frameworks out there - the ones used here are a bit, old. If I had to guess, coldfusion is used because no other company is looking for coldfusion developers and thus you don't have to worry about losing developers.
