This company has so much potential but lacks any care to use it. There is zero leadership, and a lot of talk but absolutely no backing it up. The worst work environment I've ever worked in. Management is very numbers driven, and cares very little about their employees and little about their customers. It's sad to see. I don't need to come to work and be rewarded or taken care of, however a general respect for your work ethic or acknowledging of what they pay you to do is not that much to ask for. There are few managers in the operations department that are actually trying to make a difference and improve things, which is a breath of fresh air. However upper managaement doesn't seem to care what operations actually does or believes. They are paid to monitor the system, maintain it and keep things safe and efficient for the customers, yet they are given no authority or trust to be able to do their jobs. If someone complains enough inside or outside the company, they will get their way.
