Cons

Extreme favoritism, unethical business practices, gaslighting, petty drama, upper management and HR cannot be trusted. Sincerely traumatizing work experience. They preach their core values yet they follow none of them. This company has lost many incredible people because management refuses to do what is right. They offer no support and will not stand up for you in any situation if you are not part of their exclusive clique. The managing director plays favorites and you will not survive if you are on the "wrong team." I got steamrolled more times than I can count because I didn't play their games. If you accept a job here, you better be prepared for mind games.
