Pros

I was hired before Bedford Funding and Charles Jones acquired the company and worked under the former Authoria name. Prior to Bedford the company was a positive and innovative environment. Once acquired the company was immediately and systematically downsized and dismantled into the shell of its former self that exists today.

Cons

Anything and everything related to Bedford Funding. Charles and his team have a strong arm approach where Charles word is the law. I chose to leave because Charles did not comprehend that when he is told something is not possible that means that it actually is not possible and cannot be done. This organization needs to come to terms with reality and realize that it cannot continue to treat its employees with such extreme disrespect as it has clearly shown in the past. Also the endless hours on-call working night and weekend would have burnt out even the most seasoned of employees.

PeopleFluent Response
10y
Thank you for your feedback. I would like to address the comments in this post with a few facts. PeopleFluent has undergone substantive growth since the Authoria acquisition in 2008. Specifically, growing the company from 300 to 640+ employees in 10 locations on 2 continents and growing revenue of 300%. PeopleFluent’s products, including those that were part of the Authoria business, are currently rated “best of breed” by Gartner, IDC, Ventana, and other analysts. Currently, the company is excelling in the HCM space, having made large investments in the people and technology acquired from Authoria and other companies. The rapid implementation of our business strategy requires passion and a true commitment to the business to help us meet our growth goals. PeopleFluent prides itself on maintaining a respectful, customer centric, and innovative environment.

Pros

do not trust the fake positive reviews on this site. the acquisition by LTG has been an unmitigated disaster for employees and customers alike. shortly after the acquisition, some 200 people were fired in a brutal, indiscriminate bloodbath. staff shortage is now so epidemic, that executing even the most basic service for a customer has become an almost impossible feat. morale has never been lower - if people weren't too busy looking for a new job, there would probably be open revolt against the petty rules, the extreme cost-cutting, the dishonesty, the complete lack of direction, the screwing people out of compensation, the laughable shallowness and stupidity of the inexperienced lightweights that have been hired in since the acquisition. the new management team is a joke, mostly made up of the in-bred inner circle of the group CEO, whose only plan is to cut cost out of the business, but don't have the ability to replace it with something constructive, and whose only approach to management is to send emails and newsletters, but are too arrogant to have a dialogue with employees or customers.

Cons

the organization previously known as PeopleFluent is now so obviously a non-company that the decision to leave is the easiest I have ever had to make. only negative is they will probably try to screw me in the process - as they've already done to the 200 people they fired.

LTG is destroying PF - so sad

Pros

PF used to be a great place to work. People worked hard and believed in the direction of the company. Our strategy was clear and we were making great progress toward our goals.

Cons

Since LTG became the owner of PF - everything has gone downhill. LTG (Jonathan Satchel and Dale Solomon) are the most inconsiderate, demoralizing people ever. There is no hope for PF and LTG is clueess. They don't even pretend to care about the people - at all.
