Pros
The team is very friendly and helpful. Everyone's always ready to help if they have the time. The team leader and supervisor are very supportive and protective of their team. Specifically the marketing team is a very supportive environment.
Cons
Many other departments can have quite a toxic environment. It isn't fit for long-term employment.

can earn good money , gain work experience in diffent departments / one of the things that i loved is their marketing philosophy and management which is very rich and crucial .
Cons
could be very very toxic atmosphere and conditions between agents and managers and supervisors . you can tell that it's very competetive environment without any clear harmony and leadership culture . turn out to be very stressful environment
