      Pros

      The office is right on the beach in a beautiful building - looks very creative! My co-workers were amazing as well, as were the contractors that work with Penny Realty.

      Cons

      The owners can be very difficult to work for. They personally attack their employees. Your patience will be tested here.

      You get to work by the beach.

      Cons

      I was let go due to the fact I questioned the legitimacy of hours worked since owners calcualte hours by hand. They do not allow overtime but still want you to work it if needed. Company withheld $1000's and when I asked to Audit they fired me. Highly highly suggest not working here.

      I have worked at Penny Realty for almost three years. It is a great company to work for. The team all works together to reach goals and take care of the clients.
