      Great training but outdated systems hinder progress

      Good company, hiring process was easy and fast, training was great until they threw you on the phones week 3 then said we would come back and learn more and back on phones

      Base salary is standard within the industry and the benefits package is strong. The annual bonus is a genuine differentiator in total compensation. The work itself offered real opportunities to build technical skills, particularly for those in data and analytics roles, with access to projects that should have a meaningful business impact.

      Cons

      Organizational restructuring has been a recurring theme, creating uncertainty around team stability and long-term role security. Communication from senior leadership during periods of change was inconsistent, making it difficult to plan or feel confident in the direction of the company. Employees may find themselves in limbo when priorities shift at the leadership level.
