      Pros

      The contact with the Developers, the IT Support, and the Facilities Support was awesome.

      Cons

      Bullying. Lack of transparency. Lack of strategy. Ignoring feedback. They had to create WeCookIT to try to attract more people as it was virtually impossible to attract new talent.
