Absolutely nothing positive about this company.

Cons

Terrible management and company. No training and they treat employees terrible. I’m the industry for 15 years and it is by far the worst company and atmosphere I have ever encountered. Company should be sued.

Not micromanaged. Company car. Wish I could say more.

Everything. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Absolutely no training- you will sink. Upper management knows absolutely nothing. The work is completely unmanageable and they set all the employees up to fail. I’m surprised they have not had a large lawsuit against them as there is a lot of bad practice. If you want to absolutely hate your life and be miserable, Pekin claims is your calling. But do know they will abuse you from the very get go.

-SO OUT OF DATE -Needs a total renovation in both office environment and its marketing strategies. -It seems as though (mostly) only men are in the truly powerful positions... Women (for the most part) seem to have more secretary roles
